Okonomiyaki is a meat and vegetable pancake containing a variety of ingredients. Okonomiyaki is mainly associated with the Hiroshima or Kansai areas of Japan, but is widely available throughout the country. Which is better? If we compare Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki with Kansai-style okonomiyaki aspect of how to make, Kansai-style okonomiyaki is very easy. I tell you a recipe of Kansai-style okonomiyaki. The batter is made of flour, nagaimo, water or dashi, eggs and shredded cabbage and usually contains other ingredients such as green onion, meat, octopus, squid, shrimp, vegetable, mochi or cheese. We mix the batter and some ingredients, grilled by teppan put on salty sauce and mayonaise. Next, I tell you a recipe of Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. The ingredients are layered rather than mixed.
